It is true that you get what you pay for and if you go with Blue Jeans cables they may or may not work or for very long. Although I didn't go with the top of the line AudiQuest 4K HDMI cable, once I installed the Pearl 4K HDMI cables, the video quality and color issue was immediately fixed.

Cool idea that it is one directional and the technology behind it. Read on CNET that most HDMI cables are the same and you don't need the really expensive ones, but I don't know. This one works great.

On my part, it doesn't, because I need a new 4K compatible receiver. I haven't even heard of 4K hdmi cords before today. But oh well.
