After setting up the tv, he suggested I purchase an opt cable for the receiver. After endless times of trying to get my settings right he offered to come back out & assist me. I Am MORE than appreciative!

New Optical cable

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've never had an Optical cable before (with our previous TV and Blu Ray setup) so I can't tell if this is what has made a difference, but the only thing that I have noticed that is different is that I have to have the volume set to a higher number to hear the audio than I had to before. The Optical (visual) part is fine.
