    I just bought a 55" Sony A8H TV but my home theater is 13 years old and not compatible with the HDMI "ARC" audio so I needed an optical cable. I had good results with the Pearl HDMI cables in the past so I went with their optical cable. So far it works exactly as it should. Before I bought this cable, I talked to my brother who was a former "Magnolia" employee and thought it was a great choice.

    Optical has good fidelity but I found out the HDMI has better quality. Get this if you don’t have an HDMI connection or don’t have enough HDMI connections.

    Technician was more than pleasant/helpful. After setting up the tv, he suggested I purchase an opt cable for the receiver. After endless times of trying to get my settings right he offered to come back out & assist me. I Am MORE than appreciative!
