    My expensive fiber optic cable failed and I replaced it with a less expensive brand in case my issue wasn't with the cable. It worked perfectly and I didn't have to call a TV repairmen to analyze the issue.

    Will purchase the same cable again. I'd used Monster cables in the past; wasn't satisfied have with how the Monster cables performed and how they held up. The plastic cable 'plug' housings kept breaking.
