I like this concept and will keep this cord in mind should I have to connect other pieces of equipment. Also price is very reasonable

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad hooked up my Sony 85 inch with Optical coming from the Tv with Optical for the tv apps, because there is no HDMI out (why i don"t Know) 10K Dollar tv. so sound is only 5.1 as opposed to 7.1 (preferred) . Below i am not going to recommend only because 7.1 is what you want, if you can help it!

It did not help at all. We ended up getting someone from Bestbuy to come fix it. Setting up that appointment was a nightmare and the girl that hung up on me I guess sent me email that said I cancelled my scheduled appt. Not true but I had to go through the hold time to get to another live person to reschedule. I am not impressed with the customer service from Bestbuy. The guy that ultimately came to fix the tv was nice and I have nothing bad to say about him. The girl that was rude on the phone said her name was Zamzam when I asked her.
