Employees need more knowledge

Told the man what I needed and he did not know what he was doing. I learned later for audio I needed a three black ring not two. Ordered from Amazon works perfectly.

Audio Quest is a must have!!!!!

This will be my first new set since 2016. I am excited to use them. They can also connect to your phone with an adapter. My car stereo is a factory but not with these connected to it. The sound is clear, sharp, very very superb to one who loves music as I do. Cant wait to get these in my car right now as I am at best buy making the purchase!!! Get a set and you will see what I am talking about!!++

Broke within a month of use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My dad bought these for me because I accidentally broke my old cord, these lasted less than a month of usage. I thought that they would last a while but I did everything correctly with this cord and made sure that I took care of it and it still broke. Now I can't hear out of one of my headphones ears unless I use an entirely different cord. I do not recommend getting this product as it isn't worth the money.
