I am happy. The auto lock is great. It was easy to install and my grandkids love it and me too. Don't have to get up so often.

This lock works great. The auto unlock feature is awesome. It unlocks as soon as I walk to the door. Works great so far

Love this lock very, very much! I had a little trouble at first but August coustomer support was the best and did a wonderful job helping me! Me add IFFT to the August lock and you can get notification when certain people of your choice open the lock! Love using the August keypad too! Setting up key codes is easy and that gives you peace of mind know who is coming and going in you house when the doors are supposed to be locked! I want to add the August doorbell cam to it for more added protection! :-) :-) :-)

I wanted a smart lock and now I have one. It took about an hour to get it on but now it works without event. If you want a smart lock, this is an easy one to use, unfortunately, it does NOT integrate with Smartthings but I am hopeful that one day it might!

Easiest smart lock out there. Fits your current lock and took about 5 mins from start to finish to complete.

On paper, I guess this is a good idea. My husband installed it in about an hour. We have been playing around with it for a while trying to work out the kinks. It locks randomly and gets stuck (essentially trapped in the house). Maybe the next version will be better.

The lock is a great concept. It worked well for the first 2 weeks after purchase and then there has been constant problems. The batteries run out of this device every 2 weeks. Each time I call they troubleshoot and it works for another 2 weeks, and then breaks, They tell me I cannot get a refund as its over 30 days since I purchased the lock. Now I have spent nearly $500 on the lock, keypad and connect, that I cant use. Do not buy this product,

I lock the door at the end of my driveway as I leave and unlock at the same location upon my return. Being able to verify I locked the door from any location is the best. No more turning around to come back home to be sure I locked the door.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it works great. It was very easy to install and works as advertised. No problems at all. The only thing I would change is that it’s not as visually appealing as i thought it would be

The install and setup was easy. It works with Alexa and xfinity home. Does exactly what I need it to do.

Easy to install with step by step instructions available on the August website. It's such a convenience to just enter in your home. No hassle of carrying keys and try to open the lock if your hands are full. You can assign keys to other people. It's not fully compatible with Google Assistant so it's a bummer for me. The only features that are available now are "list my locks" and "lock the door" and you need to have a bridge. With iPhone I was able to lock/unlock the door via Apple Home Kit/Siri without a bridge. Now I use Google Pixel2 XL and I don't have a bridge so I cannot use voice commands to lock/unlock doors. Google assistant is so much better than Siri, I hope other companies realize this and make things compatible with Google Assistant as they are with Apple Home Kit.

A snap to install and set up with my iphone. Auto locks when I leave and unlocks when I return.

Works perfectly. Installation was very quick and the app and integration with XFINITY home is awesome.

I love the August smart lock when you have an Apple TV 3rd gen or higher you don’t need the wifi bridge you can control from out of the house with Apple TV...Great product

I always wanted a smart lock and this one works. I wish it worked a little faster. I would give it 5 stars if it worked faster. I usually use it with Siri on my Apple Watch. Installation wasn't too bad. It took about 30 minutes.

Really enjoying the August Remote lock. Allows easy access with the programmability a great function. Looking at putting a second one on another outdoor-accessible door.

Works well. I just wish I could unlock the door remotely.

Love my August home. I don’t have to carry keys any more.
