The locking system was easy to install to our existing door. The app is also easy to download and works great! Perfect for or house cleaners, house sitter, kids away at college, visiting family members! We easily see who is coming and going.

This lock works well, the only real complaint is that it seems to always say the batteries are low.

This has been a very convenient smart door lock. I love the fact that you can open from anywhere when connected to Apple TV. Installation was super easy but make sure you calibrate it very well right from the start. Highly recommend

Really happy with this lock. Easy set up and so far works without any issues. I did purchased keypad and wifi August adapter with the lock. My family loves it. Used to have a different smart lock before but this one is much better.

Easy to install and setup, every once in a while it bumps my auto open on app. Pretty nice overall.

I like this lock so far. It unlocks as soon as i pull in my driveway and locks when i drive away from the house. Most importantly my wife loves this thing! No more fumbling with keys when coming home with groceries!

Needed a smart lock which can be controlled remotely and most importantly to unlock itself when coming back home as it is convenient to just enter the house without using key due to Apple HomeKit connectivity.

Works great, and I can still use my key! As I approach the door automatically unlocks.

Install is easy. If you plan to use all the features, the August connect is a must for remote monitoring and remote lock/unlock. The magnetic battery cover plate makes an annoying scraping sound when you manually rotate the knob. This detracts from the otherwise nice quality. The knob is HUGE. I like having it lock automatically after a set time but it's not smart enough to recognize if the door is open or closed. More than once it has locked itself while the door was open causing the deadbolt to slam into the doorframe when the door was being closed. The feature of unlocking the door when you arrive home is too unreliable to use. I wish there was a way to unlock it by holding my phone near the door and using my thumbprint like Apple Pay

I love the smart lock. It's easy and convenient to use not having to pull out my key. I highly recommend the wifi connect so it unlocks from the detection of your phone and locks behind you when you close the door.

Really easy to install. Works well to open lock. But make sure your deadbolt is aligned perfectly. Otherwise it won't lock door. Also, you place this in top of your deadbolt. So it looks really bulky on your door. It is not aesthetically pleasing. I wish it was much thinner.

Black looks great on door. Able to do keyless entry.
