Installation guide was not with product...had to find it on-line. Needed additional part to work with Wi-Fi..2nd trip to store. Installation of Wi-Fi part very confusing. Wouldn't work. August customer service couldn't get it to work. I returned it to the store and ordered a different smart lock.

So far so good. It always unlocks my door within 10feet or arrival. Only twice I had to open the app. It even worked when my internet was down one day.

Unlock works great I have paired it with all my stuff. It's nice to be able to let someone in when you're not around. Although the app is very slow I wouldn't what hopes they would fix that soon

It is a good smart lock. Unfortunately it does not fit my door.

The design looks good, but doesnt work consistently. The software (ios) and andriod apps that is used to activate and configure users is flawed. It works sometimes and doesnt most of the time. I had installed in the office and home the same time. Several times it did not work. So had to remove and get another lock. I took it to bestbuy they said I need to contact the manufacturer. When I called manufacturer they said they want to go thru the procedure of helping me to troubleshoot the lock all over again. I don;t see any point here, I am computer savy and i dont think there was any install or anything I had not done right. Now I am stuck with junk.!!

This product makes entering and exiting your house much easier

After reading many positive reviews, I bought this lock for my own reassurance of safety. And we travel a lot so it was an added bonus that we were able to open it from wherever we were.

Great product well worth the purchase excellent quality.

Seems like a great product, but only works with certain types of door handles/locks. Mine isn't one. Haven't decided if we will install on a different exterior door, or return or exchange. Check the fine print before purchasing to ensure it will be a good fit for your home.

This lock is great, gives you the convenience of getting in your house without keys. However you do need to buy additional hardware for HomeKit and Remote access to work

Easy install and setup! Integrates with homekit perfectly. Easier than installing a brand new lock and no need to rekey the house. I will get more for my other exterior doors.

Amazing product. Only best buy could manage to get the product delivered and hats off to the sales team for helping me to decide from the variety of the home automation products.

Good lock for home. I would recommend to all those who have locks

I installed this lock on my front door and shop Door the front door is paired with the door cam and seems to work good remotely and the shop works good but you have to be by it

I was very excited initially to get the lock, but the excitement soon died seeing how it was a clunky piece of unit. It wouldn't respond to the commands via the phone, connectivity was a pain. I think I will make my own raspberry pi enabled lock to fix the issues with this one.

It is a little slow responding sometime, but I think this is a great lock. we don't need to carry key for jogging or dog walk anymore.

I have one on my front door and one on my side door to my driveway i can be two county's away and I can unlock my door and it works with my Comcast home security.

I previously had the version before and upgraded to this one and works great. Love the fact that my phone automatically unlocks it when I arrive home. Great features
