had problem with already had to get replacement that I have not received yet, over two weeks

I bought this and tried to install it only to discover it's not compatible with my door lock.

The August does not perform as promised. It still needs some work to respond when walking up and leaving the product. We have a very strong cable wifi system which is fast and reliable. Also our Bluetooth works very fine with all of our other devices. I do not recall the specifics of the August as we have moved on the another product.

It opens most of the time,but not as reliable as expected. A bit buggy needs improvement

Not always stable with iPhone app, having problems using Siri to unlock/lock the door.

Great concept, unfortunately it fails a lot, the auto unlock with works half the time.

Great idea but didn't work for me.... would not fit our current door lock. ☹️

This lock doesn't unlock as soon as I get home. Also, this is only bluetooth. To make this wifi, you need to purchase an $80 bridge. Says it works with Alexa however that is only if you have the bridge. This WILL NOT WORK with alexa, xfinity home or any other third party unless you have the bridge.

Did not use it for long as we changed our mind for something else.

For Android, matching really take much longer time than Apple.

Expensive door lock to get it to work past several feet you have to buy the bridge to your router. Instructions are vague . Apparatus is huge. Buy something else.

Decently simple install, pain in the behind to get working with Apple HomeKit. Ended up returning after the product messed up my lock mechanism.

Maybe with some updates, this would be a good product but we could never get the door to lock & unlock consistently so it was returned. The install was east though.

This was very inconsistent. Seeing as a lock working 100% of the time is critical in letting you into your home I think the 2 star rating is well deserved

Auto-unlock fails the vast majority of the time. Tech support has been responsive. If they can figure out the problem I'll certainly change my opinion.

Though it does integrate with Alexa, it is sometimes slow to respond and I've had a few instances where Alexa said the door was locked and it wasn't.

The batteries die so quickly on this lock. They last maybe 3 months.

this item does not work Where you might lose electricity because it needs to be reset every time the power goes back on and unless you're home it's impossible to reset it.it's in much to earlier a stage of development to be useful and you need a separate bridge for each lock. nothing compared to the great service and functioning of nest equipment

A bit glitchy. Internals are plastic which mine broke in 13 days from purchase.

When it works, it is good. The problem is, it only works 80% of the time. Imagine coming home without your key or the pet sitter trying to enter and not being able to. I understand nothing is 100%, but this must be 98-99% to be of any value.
