Waste of money

I contacted August support and provided photos and videos of the device as they requested (it wouldn’t light up even after batteries were replaced). I received an 11-step instruction guide to reprogram the keypad (after following up with a photo of the product number as requested) and nothing. I was then given a discount code to purchase a new keypad since I was out of warranty. I’m not buying another one. Do not waste your money. Fine a better, more reliable brand.

The issue is that it's slow to connect to August and it's really small and flimsily once mounted and seems as if it could fall off.

And even when it was working, half the time the code took a few times. We use it mostly to lock the door when we leave.
