My front door is above the floor where I normally reside. Typically, when I made it upstairs to unlock the door the person would be gone. Teamed with my Ring door bell camera My life has been made easier.

The step by step instructions made the installation very easy. The app is truly simple to maneuver through and is easy to use whether at home or across the country. With the use of WiFi bridge we have had no connection issues.

Had the original August lock for 3 years and it decided to go out so went and picked the new one up, love August smart locks. Picked this one up for my back door.

Love this smart lock it worked pretty well for my Airbnb that it can link with. The only thing I’m not a fan of is how loud it is when locking and unlocking automatically.

I just recently installed this in order to have access to it while I was at my summer place in New York and it has worked out excellently

I have a single cylinder deadbolt lock that unfortunately this lock didn’t work with since my single cylinder lock has an internal cylindrical piece that removes with the inside knob and prevents you from being able to connect the proper piece. Long story short the in home “consultant” was of no assistance and doesn’t bring any of the actual pieces with them so not very much help. My recommendation to Best Buy is have consultants that can actually fit to your home and your sales would increase. He had a CLEAR upsell opportunity that he missed. Saying I would recommend depending upon checking your home first.

I'm so glad that i made this purchase. Just to be able to leave your home knowing your door is locked. By just checking the app which shows you this has been done.

Customer service was top notch when we were linking to our smart phones and wifi. Would not hang up until it worked perfectly.

This is my second lock! I feel secure knowing my door will be locked at all times when not in use! i plan to get one more soon! First one purchased in 2017 in Texas

Easy install and set up. Great for a child who loses her keys all the time but not her phone! Install required a drill and screwdriver. Directions were online not in the box.

I’ve had the kwickset keypad locks for several years and I’m glad I ditched them for this. Very stable and reliable.

Simple installation. Can use your existing lock so no need to change keys. Would highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my fiancé for Christmas & we love it. Hands free access makes it easier to carry bags in from the car! Automatically locks after you leave.

This lock is great! Allows you to lock/unlock from across town if you want. Also allows for guest access "keys" to allow for vendor access, etc.

This smart lock from August fits well with my door. There was some small problem with internet connection (via a provided hub), but it could easily be fixed.

Works very well with no issues! Connects to google home system and you can open and close the door remotely or by voice!

Works as advertised both via Cloud and when nearby. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs to manage their properly remotely.

Best thing ever! When you are coming back with your arms full of groceries and kids so nice to have the door open up for you!
