I love this lock!

It was super easy to install. I love that it only goes on the inside lock and all of the smart features, auto-lock, auto-unlock, etc. I won’t be locking myself out the house anymore. It’s a little bigger than I thought but I would buy again!!

Easy install but needed resets

However, creating the account required me to contact support. The device required a reset. It worked for a week, features are great, then gave me problems again requiring a reset. Two in one week was too much. Returned it.

This newer model has better features and so easy to set up and use. All my renters have enjoyed this technology. Customer service is always there to help w any questions or trouble shooting. Don’t think twice. It’s well worth the money. Buy it buy it but it!!!
