    This was an expensive lock and did not work well. I was very dissatisfied with this purchase. I thought fir that price it was going to be the best. I will never buy their product again.

    I didn’t get mine from amazon. But I guest it doesn’t matter where is from. A item like this should not have a year warranty This should be either 5 to life year warranty Mine has been having issues opening It making a cracking noise and it won’t open after many tries Many of my home keys have been turn bec of this When I call August they did nothing but give me a mediocre 30% to buy from their site only That is not good enough bec 1 this item should last a life time just like a 30 dollar one would last 100 years And 2 this is very expensive item This is no joke I feel cheater after basically turning my front of the house into a August promotional display. Everything I have is August and now I am thinking in alternative
