||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've got the AURA LED lights to counter the brightness of my monitor, which is placed on a desktop desk with an overhead shelf. Putting them on is easy. However, one still has to be careful as once you place the adhesive strip on, it is hard to take it off. They are powered by USB (from the PC or monitor, if available). The strip also features a controller which handles how the lights "behave" (continuous, flicker, etc.). Unfortunately, there is no option to dim the lights. And let me tell you, they are bright! So much that they lit up the whole back and became overwhelming and honestly distracting. So, I don't turn them on at all. I can't recommend it if your monitor is too close to the wall. They are just too bright.

Nice and bright

It's bright and clear lighting. It also helps with eye strain when using my computer. Comes with a USB extension which is nice. Snag it if it's on sale.

Great item!

That's cheaper than 6 feet of any other brand at best buy. Works off the USB on my TV and keeps the color settings saved. So it turns on and off with my TV!

It was long enough to cover 3 sides and provides a really cool "aura" around the monitor. I like it. I didn't understand why they included an extension USB cable until I realized that my monitor doesn't have USB port - so I had to use the extension to get power from a USB port on my laptop.
