More than 1 year after purchase, still working perfectly without any issues.

I purchased an Avalon bottom-loading water cooler less than two years ago, and I’m extremely disappointed that it has already failed—especially given the cost of the unit. It has been used minimally by just two adults in our household, with no children, and I expected it to last much longer under such light use. To make matters worse, I was informed that Avalon is only offering to sell me replacement parts rather than standing behind the product. This response is incredibly frustrating and makes it clear that the company does not prioritize product reliability or customer satisfaction.

i love this cooler. its sleek, my in-laws have one that is all stainless and that one is also very nice and sleek. however, something with those dang buttons. they can be hard to push down. like the release doesn’t realize I’m filling up a bottle and wants me to work hard for that cold water! its on and off. i would buy this product again

We love this thing!! We purchased this item to avoid the waste created by plastic water bottles. We drink so much more water now. Replacing the bottle is no big deal, just pull the old bottle out, remove the "hose unit", take the top off of the new bottle, insert hose and slide the bottle back into the unit and you are ready to rock! In my opinion this is much better than lifting the bottle for a top load cooler....and it looks great.

I've been using this water cooler for months now and it is amazing. It's easy to load in the water jugs because of it being bottom loading. The water on the hot setting is decently hot and it's pretty cold on the cold setting.

Great water dispenser. Water comes out really cold and taste fresh, water heater option is also very hot.

Great product ..water temperatures are excellent. Will definitely purchase another one for my mom.

Does what it’s suppose to do and it matches the rest of my appliances in my kitchen I’m satisfied and this is my first water dispenser and I got it on sale

This is one of the best investments I have made. It changes the way you drink water. Not only is it cost effective, but is echo friendly. I enjoy drinking water from this dispenser throughly. Thank you Best Buy for quenching my thirst.

Quiet , look good, water just cool enough to drink , hot water is hot enough to make hot tea
