Q: Why is the metal probe that goes the the water bottle bent.
A: So it can reach the bottom most part of the side of the bottle. Otherwise water will pool in outer edges and won’t be able to be pulled upwards

A: Yes, I believe so! We have two types/builds of 5 gallons and both fit fine.
A: Did you turn it on. There's a small switch in the back. Maybe you need to flip that in order to get it to pump. If all else fails. Try looking on YouTube.
Q: Does this machine make any kind of noise..I had one before that was kind of loud.
A: yes is does make noise, dont no why but after a few it quiets down.

Keep it cool in the summer with this dispenser!
After having it for a little while, I made a pro's and con's list. Pros: *Very cold water *Hot water perfect for Tea *Not Loud when cooling/heating *Removable catcher makes it easy when kids overfill their cups *Never worry about spilling water when replacing the water jug. * Easy to load jugs. Cons: *Fingerprint Magnet *Dent from shipping (box was thinner than it should have been) Overall it is probably the best water dispenser I've purchased.

Excellent 5-Gallon Cooler for Any Kitchen!
This 5-gallon cooler is a perfect addition to our kitchen! The color scheme matches our appliances beautifully. With hot, room temp, and cold water options, it's versatile. The night light switch and lower bottle placement are convenient features. Changing bottles is a breeze. Highly recommended!

Good Quality
Purchased the Avalon A4 Bottom Loading Water Cooler a month ago. It was not damaged on arrival. It was easy to set up. It is not noisy. Easy to change out the 5 gallon bottles. Good quality
