The spout that goes into the water jugs gets most of the water out but on certain jugs it leaves a lot of water in there. Overall I liked the water cooler

The positioning of the buttons above the spout make it super easy to line up the cup/mug I’m using. Bottom load refills are nice and easy on the back, no spills in the process is a major plus. Great buy for the price!!

Has considerably stronger flow than my old water cooler, and the metal straw does very well to suck up almost all the water from the tank. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking to buy a water cooler.

I had for a year now, but it make annoying whistling sound When running orncooling water. Sound is getting more pronounced and more annoying. Too loud when dispensing water or when it is pumping from the bottle.
