The cold setting is ice cold and the hot can make cup of noodles / hot cocoa in a matter of seconds. Loading the water jug is quick and painless as well

Moreover, how easy to slide the bottles inside rather than hold a heavy bottle to the top of the cooler.

I bought it because I drink a lot of hot tea. The hot button get stuck most of the time and it is frustrating. Definitely need a better design.

Hot water gets cold when empty bottle light is on. I preferred my old machine. It lasted for 14 years. Sorry I didn’t return it before the return date. I was just lazy to take it back.

We’ve been having issues with the Hot water not coming out Hot and the cold water coming out at room temperature. It’s really annoying and I was excited for this product but I think we’re going to return it.
