We replaced our top loading Primo water dispenser for this one due to the fact that it can be loaded from the bottom making it easier on my parents and the cool water dispenser. We’ve been having issues with the Hot water not coming out Hot and the cold water coming out at room temperature. It’s really annoying and I was excited for this product but I think we’re going to return it.

It works great, just wish the water would be colder.

Came with a broken door, a piece of plastic was in the box.

I purchased this water cooler to replace one i had for over 10 years. I selected it based on the bottom water bottle installation and reviews. From day 1 it gave me problems. There seemed to be a problem with the door sensor recognizing a new bottle had been installed. My pardner can fix things so he determined the door had a button that was not pushed in when it closed so we used a strip of tape. It worked until the bottle was replaced and the whole issue started again. We were able to trick the door into working but no telling if this will happen again when the bottle needs to be replaced. My whole purpose of having a water cooler is to avoid buying plastic bottled water but since purchasing this and the problems associated with it im buying bottled water again. So i would not recommend this dont waste your money.

Purchased for the easy bottle swap option in the lower casing. Out of the box everything seemed to work fine. I really thought it was a bonus that the exterior blends well with my current appliances. I’ve been using the water machine without issue for a couple months now. I don’t like cold cold water so my uses included ‘cool’ and ‘hot’. I saw the cold option but it never really dawned on me to try it just to see if it worked out of the box. Fast forward, A friend comes over and asks for some water and I hand them a glass to help themselves. They like cold water and saw the option. After a couple minutes of them fiddling around I ask what’s up and they let me know the button didn’t function. It doesn’t really bother me to use the machine but I wish I tested all the features out of the box. Always fully test your new products out during return period.

This is a great product. It's works well and very easy to operate. It's worth the money and no need to look at another brand.

what I like about it is that ig gives you options on the temperature water that you perfer. cold, room, hot.

Showed up 4 weeks later than the latest estimated date. When i purchased it, the website showed 2 in stock at my local store. Then showed shipping out of Rhode Island. I called multiple times. Finally received one from Pennsylvania. With a big whole in the box, the side of it has a decent sized dent in it. Luckily it still works. I was even about to try to swap out the damaged one.

Happy with my purchase! Not too noisy and easy to assemble. Love the color combo.

Water does not get ice cold it gets cold but not ice cold says it's empty when it is not empty

Very easy to set up. Like that I do not have to lift the full bottle high to load it.

First water cooler over ever purchased. So I can’t really give a fair review. But if it’s the standard then I would say it’s definitely worth it. If you want hot cold or room temperature water. There is a pretty blatant issue with this water cooler. There is no handle/ lever to open it to replace with new water jug. It’s not difficult but it’s very annoying.

My water dispenser came in dented i would think with all the protection in the box it would be perfect
