bad updates literally no updates on my purchase had to ask a refund was declined because they shipped it, but how could it be shipped if only the label was created and did not move since, waited for the day it should be delivered, delayed and when i asked where my order is? its missing. whats their answer they would file a report and refund in 3 days. I paid for it on time asked for details and asked it be refunded earlier because clearly it didnt move but no clear answers where given. best buy i have bought many items from you and they were all good but this one is really a very bad experience i dont know if i would buy again from best buy

This product works fine, thank goodness! Because I bought a new dryer and washer when I purchased the Cooler. Best Buy will give you the run around with service and repairs. My dryer broke in October 2022 and still not fixed as of December 2022. Just dont expect repairs or kind customer service. After your purchase you are a nobody.

Nice water cooler. Stylish. Chills water quickly and colder than my old one.

I have this water dispenser for two years, it was working fine but now it has been freezing, I have plug it off, I have cleaned with white vinegar and water, and keeps freezing. For me to get water either I get it from the jog or wait till it melts, or just leave the bottom for cold off . Makes no sense.

Good water dispenser keeps my water nice and cold and hot it has 3 settings.
