Excellent water cooler, no sound, and hot and cold water are perfect

We love it so far! It looks great and we like the ‘bottle on the bottom’ for ease of replacing the heavy jugs.

Easy to setup and install. Lightweight and fast dispensing of either cold or hot water. Unit heats up or cools down water fairly quickly after switching one. Could not be more pleased with this purchase!

My family is enjoying our water cooler. Is very easy and practical for my kids to get water.

Nice looking unit and operates very well. Easy loading and well made. I wish I would have bought this years ago instead of renting a unit from a water delivery company.

Product thusfar has need good! Does what it claims and couldnt be happier. Only con is set up instructions. Set up does not make mention of cleaning internal water resivour before the actual setting up of the unit with water jug attached. At first unit had an almost chemical taste to water. Unhooked everything and ran several cycles of water vinegar solutions thourgh after watching youtube video on how to clean internal water resivour. It's time consuming, but water tasted better after.

Bought this for my mom and she loves it. She used to have the gallon on top the dispenser but this way it’s much easier for us to change the gallon when it runs out of water. One of the best purchases I’ve made

This product is great, it gives you 3 options with the water temperature.

The system was easy to work. At first i was having trouble getting any water to come out but then i realized i just had to keep pushing the button.

Goated can’t go wrong with it. Getting some cold water in the middle of the night hits

I always prefer to have cold water for drinking and would always store bottle of water in the fridge. This water dispenser has been great at providing cold water. However I would love the water to be a little bit colder
