It has been used minimally by just two adults in our household, with no children, and I expected it to last much longer under such light use. To make matters worse, I was informed that Avalon is only offering to sell me replacement parts rather than standing behind the product. This response is incredibly frustrating and makes it clear that the company does not prioritize product reliability or customer satisfaction.

Noisy and loud

I just noticed a few days ago the water pump has started to make noice and vibration as well when I pour water into a cup and I have only had it for 3 and a half months.
