Also the bottle goes at the bottom and inside the dispenser . No more cases of plastic bottles or heavy city water .

Love this bottom loading water dispenser!

Noisy and loud

I just noticed a few days ago the water pump has started to make noice and vibration as well when I pour water into a cup and I have only had it for 3 and a half months.
