I had for a year now, but it make annoying whistling sound When running orncooling water. Sound is getting more pronounced and more annoying. Too loud when dispensing water or when it is pumping from the bottle.

Only issue I’ve had so far is that the dispenser stoped working but found out that the cooler inside caught air so I had to pop out the cooler and put it back to take out the air that was trapped.

Only one exception would be some kind of lock for hot water if it existed for room temperature and cold water; this way it can be locked from toddlers.
