Worked great…for a time

If bo longer cools the water. The hot water feature still works perfectly, however the “cool” and “cold” functions both pour at room temperature. Disappointing

Thus, the only "star" less in rating, but it has proven a good machine.

Shipped damaged

Was delivered directly from manufacturer and the door was not even installed properly on the hinge so it would read that the jug had been installed. Returned and was told that was the last one so i couldn't get a replacement.
