    Worst cooler ever worst support. Bought 1 year ago and from beginning loud noise from motor/pump. Completely failed shortly aft 1 year warranty. Company was unsupportive, but did offer to sell me a new pump/motor at cost plust shipping and handling. Would not support this product or anything else from this company.

    Great water cooler . The cold setting is ice cold and the hot can make cup of noodles / hot cocoa in a matter of seconds. Loading the water jug is quick and painless as well
