Hot water gets cold when empty bottle light is on. I preferred my old machine. It lasted for 14 years. Sorry I didn’t return it before the return date. I was just lazy to take it back.

We’ve been having issues with the Hot water not coming out Hot and the cold water coming out at room temperature. It’s really annoying and I was excited for this product but I think we’re going to return it.
