Because I bought a new dryer and washer when I purchased the Cooler. Best Buy will give you the run around with service and repairs. My dryer broke in October 2022 and still not fixed as of December 2022. Just dont expect repairs or kind customer service. After your purchase you are a nobody.

Freezing

For me to get water either I get it from the jog or wait till it melts, or just leave the bottom for cold off . Makes no sense.

Water pouring out the fill sensor wires got cut!

Once the fill sensor was reattached it works fine. A little noisy during refill but the extra light in the fill up spot is really nice.

Stopped working 1 week after warranty ended

Do not recommend

Called Avalon company tech support to fix it. They asked me send photos and try to tell me how fix it. After that I called and send many emails No response. I do not recommend to anyone to buy. Also, it makes big noise while its running.

Great water

It makes loading water simple. It does need to be the exact gallon size bottle to fit. We had smaller bottles easier for them to carry and it didn’t load properly. Otherwise works great.
