The middle button’s completely broken now, the cold button is extremely hard to press, we literally only use it for hot water now, usedul enough for the winter time.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase this item coz it seems to have all the standard features that im lookin for specially the buttom load, cold and hot water and safety lock for hot water but..once plug in, annoying loud sound starts roaring and water start dispense loud sound coming from the back motor of the dispenser from day 1, did i return it? No, its too big to carry, hassle. and other than the annoying sounds that evidently stops? ( or maybe i got used to it?) I can just Hush it and call it a day, so far.. its already 1 month now and it still works.

Avalon confirmed damaged product but said the warranty was voided because it was plugged into a surge protector. Dont buy this machine, better products in the market. Crecid card dispute done!

I ordered on March 9th, did not receive until March 20th. We installed immediately, followed the instructions and came back to use it to find the floor covered in water due to poor quality of construction so it was returned on March 21st.

It was short-lived, lasting a year. Water now tastes moldy. Cleaning kit with 5 gallons of water won't be able to get rid of the flavor or clean it.
