Pump Doesn't last

She doesn't have to lift the heavy bottles anymore. The only thing wrong. Its suppose to fit 3 & 5 gallon bottles. Her's only fits 5 gallon. Manufacturer defect.

It's very practical, easy to unbox and install. Lightweight. The three different water temperature modes for dispensing water are perfect. We really like this model.
