As advertised. Simple and Easy to use. Cools and heats up amazingly! I recommend! Best bang for your buck!

I got this, LATE first off. So, I started off angry. It FINALLY got here, of course Best Buy does not care when the stuff you paid for gets there. They will simply send you something that says...."Your stuff is running late...drink water, drive on. OHHH you are ORDERING something for water? OK, then just rub dirt in it, and drive on." So they send it late. I plug it in, and 3 minutes into it, it sounds like it is going to blow up. Not happy with that. My wife and daughter are enjoying it. The cold water comes out cold. However, hearing the stupid fan, on day ONE. Are you SERIOUS?

The best thing about it, is that jugs are replaced easily without spilling water or lifting the jug over the dispenser. I bought during X-Mas time

It's a nice water cooler. Cold and hot are great but room temp is stored next to cold and is colder than normal. It doesn't work if it's not plugged in. Room temp water should at least work unplugged. Makes some noise but can be tuned out usually.

Absolutely love this unit! So easy to fill and clean! It's so quiet you don't ever hear it turn on!

I bought this for my parents and they love it. The water gets really cold and hot. One thing to note is there is a switch that you have to turn on in the back otherwise it wont get hot or cold.

Excellent equipment this is the second brand I try and hopefully the last. Very quiet which was very important to me. The water comes cold and fills up the glass fast not like others.

We love it so far! It looks great and we like the ‘bottle on the bottom’ for ease of replacing the heavy jugs.

I had a problem with the unit i called the manufacturer customer service and they replaced it at no cost. The replacement unit is great working just fine, easy to use, the bottom loading concept is a must and the customer service is really really amazing,

My family is enjoying our water cooler. Is very easy and practical for my kids to get water.

I had a top loader before and that was such a hassle this bottom load makes thing so much easier it’s easy to install, looks clean, and is quiet plus has a switch for the light during the night tile hours. Great buy would definitely recommend it’s worth the money.
