Plug and play, easy to use. Great picture quality.

The specs over spoke to what this camera can do. It's a low definition camera and scales it to 1920 x 1080 - stretching it versus being that actual definition. It wouldn't work with it's own software. Also, cheap quality in general. Will have to wait for the one I want.

This camera is not the best, it solely does it job of putting you on screen but not much more. It is very bad at adjusting for light, I had to turn my office into a photo studio by putting a bunch of different light to get it to look right. Not a great camera but, if you need something and it’s cheap then go for it.

I bought this camera primarily for video conferencing, hoping that its software (for mac) can offer a lot of options to use customize background. However, the options are very limited and do not provide more than those of zoom. This camera doesn't add more quality and options compared macbook pro's built-in camera and zoom's built-in options.

i give this cam a 3 star due to the microphone is not that great

Great camera...until I noticed a little black spot floating around on my screen and now it's too late to return. Would've rated 5 stars had I been able to return this for a good one. Ugh.

I bought this months ago when webcams were hard to find, but I really regret the purchase. For the price, the video quality is really poor, and the microphone is so bad it is straight up unusable.

The camera needs additional lights the view is very very dark can’t use it at all for zoom disappointed

Video stopped working after only 5 months; uninstalled/reinstalled product, searched for updated drivers, disabled/enabled product, checked conflicts etc. essentially tried everything for a basic plug and play USB device. There is no support on the supplier website. I do not recommend this product as it should have lasted years not months.

Had to return, was unable to obtain software that would work with Windows 7.

Purchased in July 2020 and it stopped working in November 2021.

The quality of this camera was so poor I had to return it. Would not recommend.

I was looking for Logitech but luckily located this one. Plug and play and clear video and audio while using Zoom and Meets. So glad to have this one and BestBuy did a good job to deliver this item in time.

Worked great out of the box. Good software if you go searching on the AVerMedia site. After 2 and 1/2 weeks, the camera comes up with a black image but the blue light comes on. Tried everything and sometimes an image will come up after restart but then will start freezing and eventually go to black again. I am using Windows 10 and there is no drivers from the company so it uses the generic Windows driver. I reached out the company but they are not responsive and their site is not helpful. It seems like all of their other products are eligible for an extended warranty but not this camera. I would go with a more trusted brand. Switched to a Logitech C920S with no issues so far and a better image quality.

Like many others, I’ve been working in a virtual office. I don’t mean to brag, but with this inexpensive, plug and play webcam, my window in the zoom call always looks the best.
