Awesome game that I love very much and is awesome.

Gunvolt can be seen as something similar to Mega Man in style. A choose your own boss style game with platforming and action to keep you interested. The game also has a level up system that wants the player to go back and further your progression through experience.

My son enjoyed this game and still returns to play it casually now and then. It includes both games, Azure Striker Gunvolt 1 and 2, including the dlc from the 3DS version.

This game is great for retro video game fans of old school games

I bought the Azure Striker Gunvolt games on 3DS originally, struggled through the first one, and gave up on the second. I always felt like I couldn't quite control it, like I was a split-second behind at all times. Then I decided to give the Switch version a try when it went on sale, as I read that it ran at a higher framerate. Boy, did it make a difference! The Switch version runs at 60 FPS, instead of 30 on 3DS, and it makes it so much better to control! It actually feels like a real Mega Man X style action platformer now. Get this version, not the 3DS version!

As a huge fan of Mega Man, this series is a lot of fun, it doesn’t bring a lot of new elements to the genre, and at times the game can feel very easy, but it is a solid buy for anybody who enjoys games is this genre and a must have for fans of Mega Man

This is a really great action platform game that is amongst the best in the genre. The music is fantastic and the graphics look great.

Do you like MegaMan? Do you miss his cool adventures in the systems of yore? Then give Gunvolt a try! This game is a modern take on MegaMan with a great soundtrack and a cool fighting system. Plus it has two games included!

For diehards and the uninitiated, it’s hard not to recommend Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack. The compilation features two compelling games, wonderful graphics and all of the previously released DLC all on one cartridge. The games have a couple of warts here and there, and the difficulty level can be demanding at times, but the gameplay will keep you coming back again and again. Fans of old-school, 2D platforming would do well to check this one out.

A very interesting game with a different feel but is also very remiscent of the Mega Man X games. Plus having two games for one on the Switch is a steal

Despite its poorly told story, repetitive material grind, and wonky scoring system, Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack is a solid investment for fans of the 2D platformer genre. Gunvolt may not be Mega Man, but the series offers up much of the same charm and challenge that made Capcom's iconic franchise such a big hit. The pair of games doesn't quite hit the same highs as many of the Blue Bomber's greatest adventures, but Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack earns serious points for trying something new.

Everything you love about Mega Man in a brand new package, with zero baggage and lots of love for the genre.
