    I really wanted to love this little device, but the deal breaker is that I have to take my phone case off every time I use it. Not gonna happen. Seems like an over sight. Buttons do feel nice and feels solid when in use.

    There isn’t really anything complicated about this product’s concept. It’s just not my thing as I have pretty big hands so I prefer the full size of a controller. With the Backbone I had to cramp up my thumbs pretty hard. But again, that’s just me and my predicament. PROS: Build quality felt just ok with typical plastic, functionality was spot on and worked without a fuss. CONS: My biggest gripe with this thing is the lack of any kind of horizontal support for the phone. Seems like an oversight especially with how big and heavy the Pro Max can be. My next biggest gripe is actually it’s portability - it’s fine if you’re a kid to leave the thing on it all the time but snapping it on to play some games during my lunch break always felt awkward and kind of clumsy. That might just be me in that (remember the big hands) thought process.

    Buy it! It is totally worth it. Can play xbox games on it plus apple store games. Much better than using the onscreen touch pad games use. You won't be disappointed! I have the 14pro and it comes with an adpater to make it fit.
