Awesome controller for small hands. For an adult it was too small and caused constant hand cramps. The features were nice but taking the phone case off everytime I wanted to use it was also a con.

Was not for us. Didnt like the fact to use had to remove my case each time- my phone would get really hot- purchased showing on bestbuy website you would get 3 3 months on xbox and 3 months on apple didnt get either, talked to bestbuy reps majority had the same problems, so it was returned . In theory it was great in Reality not so.

There are so many hidden subscriptions that must be purchased just in order to use this that it’s ridiculous and not a good purchase. I would never recommend this product to anyone and all the required subscriptions really should be added to the product description.

Decent gaming experience for handheld. Ruby joystick it of positing compared to normal controller. Makes control awkward

The build quality on these is actually pretty decent but not amazing. They can feel pretty cheap, especially for the price tag. The app is probably the best thing about these things.

It worked perfectly as advertised! However, it was very uncomfortable in my large hands.

This makes an extreme convenience when your on the go and want to cloud game. Also doubles as a nice handheld camera stabilizer

The only downside to this is that you have to remove your phone case to use it. Other than that, it’s an awesome product.

Work great for on the road gaming and also i love that i has a charging port so i dont have to disconnet in order to charge

It’s good to have for your Apple Arcade games, you can connect your PlayStation through remote play. Xbox currently is doing beta testing for cloud gaming but you have to pay for the subscription. The app for the backbone is pretty clean and easy to use. My only issue is I have to take off the case. If they were create and adapter for cases it would probably rate higher. Backbone can’t control cloud gaming but if you’re subscribed it’s pretty decent. The quality of the controls are amazing.

**Does not work with iPhone 14! The camera pop out is too big and will not fit in this. It fit fine on iPhone 12 Max but not iPhone 14 Max. This controller is a great idea, but with the price set at much higher than an official controller, these controllers offer much less for much more money. It’s dumb that you always have to take your phone out of its case (even very thin ones) to fit. It works as advertised (if it fits your phone) but should be prized at most half of its current price.

Its an ok product. I had it for a week and only used it two times and was over it. Plus they want to charge you for everything in the app.

Brought this for my son and he barely even used it. He said you have to get a membership before you can even get started.

Got for Christmas last year. It’s still in the box. Not user friendly with the iPhone 13 max

Fit perfectly, played great, the finger controls are in the exact right spot for long time play.

I got this as a goft for myself and was really excited! However i found that it was really easy to use but i was not fond ofmplaying my xbox games on my iphone and would rather stick to playing my xbox on the tv! It might be good for kids and other people i would recommend for mainly kids especially if yournon a road trip or taking a long drive!

Best invention ever. I can game on the go being a busy paranet im always waiting on my kids

My son loves it but the downfall is you have to pay for subscriptions to use it to capacity.

The controller worked great and didn’t have any issues. The app was a little slow and some games didn’t want to load. The main problem was the iPhone itself. I have the 13 pro max and even with that it wasn’t strong enough to run some of the games. If the iPhone was more powerful then it would definitely get 5 stars. Great concept and idea.

This was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He seems to love it and cant put it down.
