It never connected to my PlayStation unless the PlayStation was right in front of me and set where it could not even enter sleep mode when in use. Even with excellent wifi, the connection was glitchy and I returned it after two days.

I opted to not use the back bone app. It wouldn’t let me pay for the subscription but later found I don’t need the app to use the device thank goodness. I just downloaded the remote play app and started gaming. This devices is pretty cool but it’s only as good as your wifi or mobile data. I had a lot of lagging due to spectrum and their supposedly great wifi. I tried with my mobile data and had better luck. As long as you got some form of good service you will enjoy this device!
