Item was defective, went to return the item and told I was past the two week return period. It has always been 1 month. Then I was offered a $50 yearly “membership” that would allow a backdate and full refund. Unfortunately I did not believe this policy made any sense, therefore I decided to throw away the defective item and never step foot in the store again. Sorry Best Buy you lost my business.

Played really well. I like the control layout vs ps toggle stick layout. Make sure your ps5 is hard wired and not running on Wi-Fi. It overheats the console for some reason . Aside from that great product

Does not work on my iPhone don’t know why it won’t connect bad product. Also I couldent return in when I wanted to. Waste of 100 dollars

Works great! Especially with mobile games, I play mines with my PS4 and it’s decent but I think it’s just okay due to my internet, it does what it claims to well! Just make sure your internet is good.

The Backbone is a great product or could be if it fit the phones it is advertised to fit. I have. 14 Pro Max and it needs the adapter to fit. Well not really. Not it is installed crooked and at an angle. It is lokked in but feels like it could fall out. It seems they forgot about the camera hump. If your phone had camera lenses in a line down the side it would fit no problem. Kind if disappointing.

Don’t recommend unless u like playing phone games if u want to buy for Xbox u have to pay to play and can only play PlayStation if ur close to it

The device itself is a genius idea. I just don’t see paying for the subscription.

Returned it the next day after I bought it. It was not what I thought it was. Waste of money in my opinion.

Bought this for Mobil COD. Works great, but wish there was more button mapping available. Overall works as intended and definitely an upgrade when playing shooters on mobil.

I have to say, I was pretty excited about this backbone. Once I received it, I realized it was not worth the buy.

Not what you expect, can literally get this type of controller for way cheaper.

I do not use it much. The few times I have used it I have enjoyed it a lot. The connectivity is good. Do not really like to joystick locations but other than that great!

It was great but in order to play with ps5 you need to keep the PS5 on. Not great if no one is at home and the power goes out.

It doesn’t fit the iPhone 14 correctly, they offer an adapter but it doesn’t work well either.

If yoo own an iphone pro max you need to remove the case prior playing which I find very annoying, besides that inconvenience it is a great product.

Great for gaming in the go. Its easy to connect to your phone and feel good in your hands

Awesome device very straight forward allows you to play your console on the go. With a strong enough wifi connection works like a charm.

You gotta be connected to ps5 to play …I tought you would be able to play with out connection to ps5..

PlayStation has to be on which I didt like and have to be by it also
