Works great on the samsung s23 . I can play my xbox games as well as some steam games .

So-so. I like the gamesir g8 better because it’s thinker and provides better grip, which results in control when playing games. Much better experience for FPS games. With the backbone I played games like baldurs gate that doesn’t need quick precise input. With the gamesir I’m on my third play through of doom:TDA. For either I’d recommend getting some rubberized grip tape often used on mouses. Also the usb-c connector swivels on the gamesir and is less likely to break. My son broke my backbone by pulling the phone out and bending the usb-c connector which would not have happened on the gamesir I replaced it with. Get that instead!

This thing is awesome, runs all my PC games fluidly. Graphics and frame rates obviously depend on your system and internet connection to your phone but I've had no issues with my Galaxy S21 Ultra. Being able to play from a differentncountry blew my mind. Backbone is on to something and for only 100 USD, I can imagine the price will go up as they grow from beta.

I really enjoyed using it and it worked great until i accidently broke it... bought a replacement one on sale and am stull enjoying using it with my phone.

Hands down one of the best ergonomic controllers for your phone. However, it is quite overpriced in my opinion. Additionally, some features are locked behind Backbone's subscription service and app. Regardless of that, my main criticisms are the triggers are pretty short travel for being analogue. In racing games and such it doesn't feel like you're getting that much out of them unless you are very precise in pressing them. Another thing is the joysticks: they are similar to a Nintendo Switch's, which you may or may not like. Overall the build quality and finish are nice, and if you can stomach the MSRP then I think it is an easy recommendation.

Love the back bone! Perfect for my phone, even though its huge. Most things like this dont fit my samsung galaxy s26. But this does! Love it.

Feels great and is a very sung fit for my phone SG22 Ultra. Had to take off my phone case to use it but i expected as much. Doesn't colaspse into a small size, but the H shape isn't uncomfortable to carry in my pocket or a small bag.

This is a nice little piece to use for mobile gaming. Easy to use and connect.

It's a nice addition to my pixel 6 pro. Only negative is having to remove the case for it to fit. I know Backbone is now selling cases but that's another 20 bucks. As for the Backbone itself. It works flawlessly! Definitely worth if you have Game Pass.

The best purchase made for my husband he loves it it’s so easy to set up. Perfect for road trips he works from home so even during slow call flow he can pull it out and play his games

Most sturdy controller peripheral I've had to date. Slide mechanism is great and buttons are solid, albeit the plastic used could be a little more robust. My biggest complaint, which is problematic but not "return the product" worthy, is that the cradle for the phone is too small to hug the S23 Ultra neatly. There is definitely wiggle room, especially on the none usb-c end, that gives me concern about accidentally doing damage to the port should the phone slip for whatever reason. slightly larger cradle and this is easily 5 stars.

Controller and app work great! Have played FPS, driving, fighting, RPG, mobile and sports games and all work great. Would highly recommend. So much better than most others since you can charge it, and your phone and play at the same time.

Super clutch item to have for gamers with tight schedules. Easy to pick up and play. I have both ps4 & xbox series X and i use this to play games remotely from my bedroom while my consoles are in another room of the house. I downloaded XBXPlay and PSPlay apps from the google play store which were both very little in costs. There is a free app in the google play store, however, it does not run as smooth as the ones i listed. As for the backbone, this product is lightweight, does not require charge and even allows you to charge your phone while using. The backbone device even has a regular headphone jack if you didnt want to use Bluetooth. Highly recommend backbone to everyone who is looking to play games but doesn't have time to sit down for hours at a time.

Want to be able to play xbox gamepass on the go? With Backbone you're able to do that and more. Has headphone jack in controller or can use Bluetooth from phone. Love it and thinking about getting 1 for playstation!

Great product! Backbone has a great app for locating compatible games but it also works great in my experience with Xbox Cloud Gaming and Remote Play. It's like having a whole new console with your phone.

I am have seen this item many times and read up on it through videos and reviews and finally decided to pull the trigger. Have not looked back since, such a good pirchase. Have been playing with my aon non stop.
