Amazing very responsive and an upgrade to my Bluetooth controller

This thing lets me grind out RPGs on my phone when I’m away from my gaming PC.

I expected a product as expensive as this one with collaborations with PlayStation and Xbox to be high quality and for the support to be solid. I've had the Backbone for less than four months and it's given me several problems. Most of the problems were temporary like the right side of the controller randomly not working, fixed after removing plugging back in. But just today the L2 button stopped working so I can no longer aim down sights with out using the screen buttons. The problem is my only option is a warranty replacement. I don't want a replacement, I want my money back but that's impossible after two weeks. The other problem I have is in the ads they show you can use it as a wired PC controller. This was one of the main reasons I bought this controller because I thought it would justify the price being a two for one because I needed a new controller for my PC anyway. Kinda awkward and cramped for PC but its better than not having the option. What I didn't know was you have to have the backbone plus subscription to enable this feature. The only option to get the subscription is for an annual term at a price of $40. No where on there website or any of the retailers websites was this stated. I'm livid. This behavior is scummy, the product is garbage and this company deserves to be sued into oblivion.

Makes playing COD a great experience. Love the backbone. Never leave home without it.

Buttons are too small and grip is for children. Don’t get feeling of a full size remote. Razor has a better option than this. Also uncomfortable fit for iPhone 16 promax size

This thing is great. You didn't need to have the membership to the app in order to use.

Great tool to game while traveling or sitting on the couch at home.

It takes some getting used to, but it's great to turn your phone into a handheld. If you have a case with a pop-it or anything that sticks out, you'll likely have to take the case off to use this.

I like it but thought it worked with ps, wanted the black one but only ps one is white.

So the problem with most phone controllers was the inability to work with most phone cases other than very slim cases. This one finally fixed that. I have a bulky uag case on my 23 ultra and while I do have to use the controller without one of the magnetic clips, it still works. Buttons are responsive and feel nice to use. Easy to set up and use. I just wish they would include Bluetooth functionality as well for the 100 dollar price tag.
