Its my fault i didnt know the difference in the models, i got this bc of th3 color. This one does NOT have ps remote play capability. You need the white playstation model for it. Based on my research the white model works natively with ps remote play and xbox game pass. With the black one to get it to work with aysstatikn you can buy a 3rd party app for 6 bucks. I returned this one and got the white one.

It’s a great item, just not sturdy enough. It get damaged quite easy.

Had issued with some games. But is not a bad product overall. Wish more games were compatible

Disappointed to find some features locked behind a subscription such as using a USB C cable to use the controller on my iPad or Mac.

Overall the system is a good idea but the controls seem a bit too wide and if you dont have high speed internet the console is slow to react/connect

I should have done more research before I purchased this. I didn’t realize the subscriptions involved in making it useful for me. Also, I may be doing something wrong but I didn’t like the way it took me to the App Store every time I tried to play an Apple Arcade game. Even if I even had the game installed.

Worked great. My s23 ultra didn't sit very tight in the controller but that did affect the controller at all.

This worked well for about a month. Then it stopped connecting to my phone. After weeks of researching ways to fix it and talking to customer service from backbone i sent it in and got a new one. This one didnt wirk either. Customer service asked me to plug it in with the screen facing the wrong way and it worked… they said this is a rare thing and sent me another replacemt. Same thing happens. Doesnt connection unless it plugged in backwards LOL and now i cant get refund from them or best buy. Concept is great but the product does not work as its intended. Major let down

Does pretty well for what it is. Found it to be laggy for me and what I was playing. But think it would do really good for most mobile games.

Fits nicely on my Pixel 7 Pro with the included wider grip attachment. Bought for The Division, bit isn't working with it for me. Gabe is in beta so it's understandable. Haven't tried it with other games, but it feels great in hand.

The structure is too wobbly for my taste wonder if it can last long. Really like that I don’t need to take off my phone case to make it work and dont have to pay for the app if I don’t want to.

Came quickly, we have not yet set it up, but my grandson was super excited to get it..

Good controls for the phone, Interace is straight to the point and connections are solid. dedicated app does a fair job a consolidating all the controller experiences. Recomended for those that want to take mobile gaming seriously.

Great device, wish it was more ergonomical to hold and was supported by more games ie KOTOR

I can't believe this thing does so much. I'm a tech head and it allows you to play so many games from so many platforms, it is a breeze to use but overwhelming on what I want to play . Too good.

I found that it was too small for my hands and the buttons felt uncomfortable. Especially the triggers and bumps.

Gifted this to my brother-in-law for his b-day! He has an android phone and was super excited to be able to turn his phone into a mobile gaming system. He has 2 young kids at home and says that they are enjoying using it as well!

This thing is a Phone battery drainer and on top of it it works like describe i added a battery pack to mine
