Will die after 6 months, support will ghost you.

I barely used it 2 dozen times. This is a common issue where an internal ribbon cable is pinched and develops a short. I sent them an email and also submitted a warranty claim on their website (they have no way to call them). Support continues to ghost me.

too small than what i thought

Not worth the high price.

The left side of the controller stopped working. Only thing i can think of is the connection that connects it broke from me using it so much. Because other than it breaking i love using it. Sadly this is not the first time i am going to have to try and get it exchanged as the first one was DOA. The controller feels nice in the hands and is low profile but honestly at this price the failure rate should not be this high.
