Disappointed.. I apologise for not remembering sales person name, but I emphasized that I had clearly mentioned my iPhone model, the iPhone 13 Pro, to her not once, but twice during our conversation. She had assured me that the product I was purchasing would work seamlessly with my phone. However, upon trying to set it up, I quickly realised that it was not compatible at all. As a non-tech-savvy individual, I had specifically gone to the store seeking human interaction and expert advice. I wanted to ensure that I was making the right purchase for my son's Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it seemed that despite my efforts, I ended up with a device that was not capable of working with my phone. To make matters worse, when I discovered the incompatibility issue, I found that the box had already been opened. This meant that I couldn't simply return the product and get a refund. I felt frustrated and stuck with a useless item. While I understood that mistakes happen, I couldn't help but feel let down by the misinformation provided by the salesperson. I had trusted their expertise and relied on their guidance, only to be left with a product that was incompatible and a sense of disappointment. After all, the holiday season was approaching, and I wanted to ensure that my son received a gift that he could truly enjoy and utilize.

It feels cheap. There are better options out there if youre willing to pay more

No good for any First person shooter games. Lag input is very noticeable. Casual titles no complaints.

It works for my android. It saves wear on my phones screen.

This thing did not like to work with anything I threw at it. Came to find out later it requires a paid subscription to even use

Joy sticks suck. For $100 you should be getting the upgraded one for $160. Too expensive for what they offer. Just buy a stand and an xbox controller for less connect through Bluetooth

Does not work with iphone 15 pro, i tried updating it with my samsung abdroid phone and it still did not work, it worked with my galaxy fold 4 , but thats not the phone i bought it for, for $69 dollars it should work right out the box with the iphone 15 pro, due to it not working i returned it back to the store, not worth the headache..

Purchased for my bf and he really enjoyed using it but about a month after it stopped working. It became laggy and the buttons didn’t work while playing games. It sucks with Best Buy’s exchange policy we are having to mail it back to the manufacturer. It’s just a pain and headache to go through all of that for a faulty product

My wife brought this for me for Christmas. There is a black backbone and white backbone and both are labeled as compatible with Playstation. FALSE! The black blackbone seems to only function with xboxs and the white blackbone is only campatible with playstation. Best Buy did not make it easy to make the exchange even though they are both backbone. Not sure why the color makes a difference. If you want to use the backbone for xbox purchase the black one. If you want to use the backbone for playstation purchase the white one. Backbone and best buy should make this clear on the website.

The subscription was kver priced and the mapping wasnt accurate.
