Does not work on the left side of controler tried to update it but still wont work also kept it in case and in closet till i got ready to play on it.

I was very disappointed. I bought this for my son for when we go on road trips or vacation. I did not realize until he tried it that you had to leave the ps on the entire time. We will not leave a ps on for days so he can play a few hours on a car ride.

It's a nice little gad but. It can slip out your hands and I don't have a big Hands and the joystick going up-and-down. It makes you feel like you uneven and the little stick can slide out of your hand.

The PlayStation version still shows Xbox buttons configuration for some mobile games especially COD mobile. Made game almost unplayable to adapt to configuration different than the controller’s layout and there is absolutely no way to currently change it.

I’m now on my second return of one of these hunks of junk in 6 months of purchasing. Expect buttons to quit working for no reason within werks of light use. I tried to just get a refund, but no luck. This 3rd replacement will arrive and inevitably quit working right around the warranty expiring and I’ll be left with a $100 paperweight. Stay away.

It worked only for 6 months, now the entire left side is dead, just don’t waste your money.

I don't understand who enjoys playing a laggy game on any devices. Not a great experience, interface was slow and laggy. I returned this item

Great controller. Except it stopped working properly after five months. L2 button and left joystick stopped working, so that's great.

Works great, but the black USB-C edition won't let you stream from Playstation, only remote play which requires you to be within range of the console. Works well for streaming Xbox at least?

Ps share play is an old app and dosent run the best. Recommend getting a portal instead. Xbox cloud gaming is smooth but also good for mobile games. Will not work with any phone case. The plug isn't long enough

I bought this because id rather play my ps5 games, over Nintendo switch, but it wasn't worth it. Returned it within 24hrs, and bought the switch. I don't regret my choice.

broke (left side o longer works) after 2 months. Filled out a warranty claim for a replacement -- no big deal. Have been arguing with them for 2 months trying to get a replacement and keep getting rejected for stupid reasons like " the sku does not match the sku you chose" or "the picture of the controller doesn't match the sku" it is frustrating and I wish I never purchased it.

I dont know about this one. It was sent back by the driver it supposedly tried to deliver it. After going back and looking at the camera for that day it was shown she didnt even attempt to come in to deliver it. On top of this after calling customer service to get it beought back they made no effort at all to solve the problem so i got it from Amazon in 2 days and my son is a happy camper. I love Best Buy but only in store everytime I order something to be delivered it is always late. I should have stuck with my first choice Amazon to get what I need. Never again.

Too big and uncomfortable. Kinda annoyingto use. My phone wouldn't fit with phone case.

Very disappointed as states compatible with PlayStation. From the website: PS Remote Play not working on Android This feature of Backbone One is not currently available on Android phones as Sony has limited the Android version of the PS Remote Play app to exclusively support the DualSense and DUALSHOCK wireless controllers. We are hoping this will change very soon and are ready to leap into action the moment it does! Until then, however, Backbone One for Android cannot be used for PS Remote Play pending this change by Sony.

It’s alright it’s not as great compared to a game station

To use I needed to sign up for play pass or another subscription so decided to return. I just went with Xbox X system and used my library of games.

Doesn't work with Google Pixel 6. Overall poor device support. Its like they didn't test it with phones that have cameras on them.

Not at all what was expecting. Must be near PlayStation and have it turned on. Cannot use mobile on the road.

They say you can get it for $25 online and they say you can get to play all games anywhere and everywhere but thats all lies. You HAVE TO connect to your console remotely and can only do it that way. What a waste!!!
