This item has a great concept, however you need amazing WiFi or cellular connection in order for it to work. I tried it with my iPhone 15 pro max and I have the fastest 5G that At&T has to offer and it still would not connect to my PS5 that was in rest mode at home. The backbone was a waste of my money because I bought it for the purpose of using it on the go but I couldn’t get it to work without being on the same WiFi as my PS5.

Its literally the best hand held for ur phone that i ever spent money on and the fact that u can play X box with out an X box thats really cool to me in my opinion.

Given as a Christmaa present. Husband is excited to try it out. Does take a while to set up and pair with your existing device/console.

Joystick is a bit light. Stress on USB-c port is a concern.

Horrible. Controller had horrible stick drift, it always would disconnect in the middle of games or would not work at all. Glad i got it on sale cause i just tossed it in the garbage

Might be good. But couldnt couldnt test on the iphone 16 pro. Camera gets in the way

Its cool but not really an everyday use controller. If your on an fold z phone this too uncomfortable.

I cannot recommend this product. The controller malfunctioned after only 9 months of casual use (2-3 days per week for less than 1 hour at a time). I can no longer use the most of the buttons on the left side of the controller. I have attempted to reset the controller through the backbone app but they continue to be nonfunctional. I purchased the controller in December of 2023 and it malfunctioned in August of 2024. I reached out to back bone customer service in early September. They finally responded back in November. They will not replace the controller without a receipt.

Requires removing cell phone case every time. Does not hold my Iphone 13 Pro Max well at all (Camera Hits). Once the PS Portal came out for $100 more this item became 5x overpriced in my opinion.

When i use call of duty in the run mode dont work very good.

Really wanted this to be better than it was. The membership being required to o use all the features is ridiculous. This was returned after a few days.

I got this for my birthday and was really disappointed on the backbone that it wouldn't work on my Z flip 3 it would constantly lag wouldn't connect and would sometimes turn the phone off completely. I was truly disappointed in the backbone.
