Product used to work great. Bought it last April(2024) and played it and loved it for about 2 months Until I got my Nintendo Switch. I recently gave my Switch to my youngest and picked my Backbone controller back up. I bought my Backbone controller on April 17, 2024. Yesterday the audio on my Samsung S24 Ultra kept switching off when I was trying to play Call of Duty. I tried to turn up the volume and noticed my phone had switched to Bluetooth. This was something plugging in the controller triggered. Even when I turned off my phone’s Bluetooth the controller’s glitching would still switch the audio output to Bluetooth. I even unpaired all my Bluetooth connected devices so it would have nothing to pair to. I thought this would prevent it from switching from the phone’s audio. It didn’t help and it still caused the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Backbone app several times today and not only do I still have the audio issues but now my phone is registering the controller as having several buttons pressed even when no buttons are pressed and this starts immediately anytime I connect the Backbone controller.

Good grip, works really well and very entretaining.

This is my second Backbone product and it works flawlessly with my 15 Pro Max. I just want the PS Remote Play to be a little bit better but I’ll settle for this since it’s a lot cheaper than the portal and I can use my device with it. Also works for the pixel fold. 

You really do get what you pay for, great PS like game play and for the price you pay I feel like they really did do something good here.Could use some work the minor lagging really could mess up your in-game experience.

Controls spot on and responsive and felt comfortable in hand. However returned because was not compatible with my phone case and the inconvenience of having to remove and reinstall case outweighed using the controller.

Had to buy a new slimmer phone case but works as intended with no issues.

Perfect for gaming on the go. I own this and the playstation portal, and while this doesn't have the biggest screen(due to it being limited by your phone size) it's still nice for playing on the go both over wifi and a data connection.

Great alternative to a portal. I had this before getting a portal and decided to sell the portal since it’s unnecessary to have both. Especially worth it if you get it on sale.

Its crazy how simple this device is and yet it works pretty flawlessly. I have no complaints. Works great for alot of single player games. I play my steam games and PS5 games with little to no issues.

Pretty much the playstation portal before the playstation portal i love that its more compact i can play my ps5 games remotley i can also play xbox games i bought the game pass just for this reason i love it if your looking to buy this go ahead and do it

I personally believe this is a very good device. It is good to use while on the go. It isn’t as big as a rog alley or a steam deck so it makes portable gaming very nice and it comes with gamepass for a month for free.

The item works perfectly fine. Great for mobile players, seeking a good controller. a bit pricey for the quality in my opinion, but overall a good experience. The app is good but is expensive.

Is a perfect product to play AAA games in game pass cloud gaming, it’s like having a PS5 controller

Absolutely awesome controller. nice and compact, great feel. And the app is really nice being bale to put all of my gaming in one place on my phone. Works great with my Zfold giving me a huge screen to play on

Great accessory to have for your cellphone. Makes playing games way better than touching your phone.

Worth the buy! Its easy to use and I can always use it anywhere! No more touch screen while playing games on my phone! Pretty handy! Also bought the case for this!
