Works but not with any decent case on the phone. And you have to be signed in to the backbone app.

Biggest complaint is the joysticks are not parallel. Makes gaming awkward.

Hard to get started. Games freeze up. Need a fast server to avoid that.

Honestly thiught this thing was going to be great but its not, its very uncomfortable... i havent touched it scenes the day i got it. There are better options out there. Hope this helps(:

Not as functional as expected. You need the portal for use away from home.

Backbone does not work with iphone 15 without you hooking it up to a android device for a firmware update. Since i dont have a android device it is doa. Now have to figure out a return or update fix.

Honestly I wish I didn’t buy this and I would of rather got the ps5 handheld device because my personal phone is trash so it doesn’t work for me but if your reading you might love it I used it maybe twice

Straight up azzzz! Be aware. You’ll have to pay for a subscription to fully enjoy this controller. It locks you from actually using it.

Not that useful, have to take case off. Sticks are not great eather.

Ordered USB C and received a backbone with only iPhone capabilities

Lasted a little over a month. Left side of the controller stopped working. Doesn’t work with the phone in the backbone or plugged in with a usbc cable. Really disappointed with this purchase.

Is not truly case friendly even with changing to case friendly. In order to fully use it you must pay 40 dallors a month on top of the 100 you paid to get it.

Won’t work unless on the same network as the PS5 so you can play on your iphone in front of your big screen TV. Not away when traveling, despite what backbone and Playstation say on their site. Followed all instructions and then finally contacted Playstation Suport. Bottom line, might let you finish a console game in the other room, but not away from home, even if on another high speed internet connection. Just get a switch.

Bought at store. Works for xbox playstation. For new memeber you have 40 a year to unlock featuer tha are free on other devices. Being that factor. Feals like cheating your customer. More like a scam. Would not recomend if you want to prgram buttons on certain app game.

Left side controls known to suddenly not work. No protection plan purchased they just shrug their shoulders at you..

This product is cool but many apps dont support controllers

The mirroring for this product is nice but only if you get it for free. It's like playing any other game on your mobile device. I would rather you get the psp than get this.

This is truly a terrible controller with a lot of marketing hype. While it is better than Razer Kishi, it is only slightly better. The buttons are small with very little tactile feedback. Overall just another compromise device.
