Box full of disappointment

He was sorely dissatisfied with it. It's laggy, glitchy, just impossible to play a game on it without the interruption of a glitch. We returned it because my kid was THAT disappointed.

Stopped working after about a month of use

It became laggy and the buttons didn’t work while playing games. It sucks with Best Buy’s exchange policy we are having to mail it back to the manufacturer. It’s just a pain and headache to go through all of that for a faulty product
