He has an Otterbox Defender case, and because of that, the backbone cannot connect to his iPhone 15 pro max. He would’ve had to take the case off each and every time he used it, which is effort he didn’t want to have to do. Also, there’s a monthly subscription you have to pay in order to use all of the backbone’s features. Nope, we’re good. No thanks.
