Was good while it lasted. Left buttons and trigger stopped working after about 2 months.

It is a very interesting product, but too quirky to use for me at least I’m sure it’s good for someone that has more time to spend on fiddling with getting this thing perfect

Did not work for what ot was intended. I wanted to replicate the functionality of the PlayStation portal but it doesn't work.

L1 button gave out within a 2 month period. It doesn’t get used every day, so we are a little disappointed on how it gave out so fast

The ad that I seen made me believe that I could attach that to my phone and play my play station 5 remote, however what they fail to mention is that you have to be so many feet near your play station for it to work. apparently its mainly for games on your phone which is completely misrepresented

It feels cheap. There are better options out there if youre willing to pay more

Joy sticks suck. For $100 you should be getting the upgraded one for $160. Too expensive for what they offer. Just buy a stand and an xbox controller for less connect through Bluetooth

Great perpheral for cloud gaming on the phone. Only drawback is the strain on your hands if they’re bigger. Works great with single player campaign games

Very upsetting to open this expecting to use worth my android and it's only an ios. Very upset to learn that i couldn't return it. Waste of money and and i can't find anyone to buy it off me. I had tools the employee what i needed before i bought it.

I really wish I could rate it higher, but I had to return it. Experienced significant lag when I attempted remote play and it will drain your phone battery.

Disappointed.. I apologise for not remembering sales person name, but I emphasized that I had clearly mentioned my iPhone model, the iPhone 13 Pro, to her not once, but twice during our conversation. She had assured me that the product I was purchasing would work seamlessly with my phone. However, upon trying to set it up, I quickly realised that it was not compatible at all. As a non-tech-savvy individual, I had specifically gone to the store seeking human interaction and expert advice. I wanted to ensure that I was making the right purchase for my son's Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it seemed that despite my efforts, I ended up with a device that was not capable of working with my phone. To make matters worse, when I discovered the incompatibility issue, I found that the box had already been opened. This meant that I couldn't simply return the product and get a refund. I felt frustrated and stuck with a useless item. While I understood that mistakes happen, I couldn't help but feel let down by the misinformation provided by the salesperson. I had trusted their expertise and relied on their guidance, only to be left with a product that was incompatible and a sense of disappointment. After all, the holiday season was approaching, and I wanted to ensure that my son received a gift that he could truly enjoy and utilize.

This is probably my 4th backbone in the last like 2 years. After 3 months it stops working…

It was a bit cheapy! For the upgraded version didnt have many other options

Purchased for my bf and he really enjoyed using it but about a month after it stopped working. It became laggy and the buttons didn’t work while playing games. It sucks with Best Buy’s exchange policy we are having to mail it back to the manufacturer. It’s just a pain and headache to go through all of that for a faulty product

No good for any First person shooter games. Lag input is very noticeable. Casual titles no complaints.

It works for my android. It saves wear on my phones screen.

Thumbsticks are a huge let down . Not responsive . Overall not happy at all

This thing did not like to work with anything I threw at it. Came to find out later it requires a paid subscription to even use

Good but no work the charger the play game is easy the conect is fast is a good product but i have bad luck
