Well I’m not 100 percent sure about gaming accessories bc I had already got him a portal so this was the same thing as a portal and we never opened it.

There is a black backbone and white backbone and both are labeled as compatible with Playstation. FALSE! The black blackbone seems to only function with xboxs and the white blackbone is only campatible with playstation. Best Buy did not make it easy to make the exchange even though they are both backbone. Not sure why the color makes a difference. If you want to use the backbone for xbox purchase the black one. If you want to use the backbone for playstation purchase the white one. Backbone and best buy should make this clear on the website.

It became laggy and the buttons didn’t work while playing games. It sucks with Best Buy’s exchange policy we are having to mail it back to the manufacturer. It’s just a pain and headache to go through all of that for a faulty product
