Poor quality and bad customer service.

The controller malfunctioned after only 9 months of casual use (2-3 days per week for less than 1 hour at a time). I can no longer use the most of the buttons on the left side of the controller. I have attempted to reset the controller through the backbone app but they continue to be nonfunctional. I purchased the controller in December of 2023 and it malfunctioned in August of 2024. I reached out to back bone customer service in early September. They finally responded back in November. They will not replace the controller without a receipt.

Tedious Requirements to Use

Money Grab

Doesn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for my birthday and was really disappointed on the backbone that it wouldn't work on my Z flip 3 it would constantly lag wouldn't connect and would sometimes turn the phone off completely. I was truly disappointed in the backbone.

Don’t bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wasn’t able to log on kept asking for a code and customer service was terrible. Took 2 to 3 days to get back to me and never resolved my issue. So after 2 weeks I returned it. Terrible customer support.
